Keller, Doug.  The Heart of the Yogi, and Yoga as Therapy, volumes 1 and 2.  Excellent and accessable books for an understandable overview of yogic philosophy, and an exploration of physiology, anatomy, and yoga as a therapeutic tool.

Swami Durgananda (Sally Kempton) (2002).  The Heart of Meditation.

Swami Shantananda.  The Splendor of Recognition:  An exploration of the Pratyabhijna-hrdayam.  This is a wonderful translation and exploration of one of Kashmir Shaivism’s foundational texts.
